Lindfield is about 7 minutes from BTA Gordon. It is one of the more varied suburbs we work in: Lindfield Learning Village runs a very different model to a standard high school, and what a tutor does here depends heavily on which school a student is at.
Years 3 to 12, one-on-one: maths and English at every stage, the full range of HSC courses, and dedicated preparation for selective, Opportunity Class, NAPLAN and scholarship tests.
Lessons run at the academy, online, or at home, at one rate regardless. Gordon opened in 2024 as our newest academy and our only one on the North Shore, so families here no longer travel to Forestville or Belrose.
Years 3 - 6 Maths
One-on-one support for number and place value, fractions, multiplication, early algebra, measurement, and geometry. BTA tutors build strong foundations before high school and prepare students for NAPLAN with targeted practice in the key testing areas.

Lindfield Public, Lindfield Learning Village and Killara High are the three schools we tutor students from most often. Because the Learning Village is structured around stages rather than year groups, matching the tutor to the actual programme matters more here than almost anywhere.

BTA Gordon is on the first floor of 25 Wade Lane, close to the Gordon shops and the station. Gordon station is a short walk away and there is free parking on Wade Lane, along with bicycle and motorcycle parking on site - useful for older students coming straight from school.
Yes. Its stage-based structure means a student's year group is not always the right guide to what they are working on, so we start from what the student is actually doing rather than from their age.
