How BTA Packages Work

Choose the number of hours you’d like to secure for the term. We schedule all lessons, you enjoy stress-free consistency, and your child receives uninterrupted support.

Package - Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What if we miss a lesson?
A: Credits remain intact with 48 hours’ notice. Lessons cancelled inside 48 hours are entitled to the 1 Late Free Cancellation per Term.
Any lessons that are cancelled within the 48 hours after the 1 Late Free Cancellation is used can be rescheduled within 7 days. If it is not rescheduled, you will be charged the full lesson credit.
Q: What if our tutor changes?
A: We’ll assign a suitable, highly trained tutor to take over. All your credits and timeslots remain fully valid.
Q: Can credits be transferred?
A: No, credits cannot be transferred between siblings.
Q: Do credits expire?
A: Credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
Q: Can we upgrade our plan?
A: Absolutely — you may top up or purchase additional hours at the same discounted rate if you run out early.
Q: Can we stop early?
A: Yes — if you finish early or your circumstances change, you’ll receive a refund for any unused lesson credits (see Refunds Policy).
Q: What if my child gets sick or we’re away?
A: As long as cancellations are made with 48 hours’ notice, your credit is protected and can be used later.
Q: Are there any hidden fees?
A: No. The hourly rate you see is the only amount charged. No enrolment fees, admin fees, or service fees apply.
Q: How does rollover work?
A: Any unused hours automatically roll into the next term and stay valid for 12 months (from purchase date), giving your family complete flexibility.
Q: What if we want extra lessons during exam periods?
A: You can book additional sessions anytime. These can be billed at your Package hourly rate or added as a top-up onto your Package balance.
Q: How do I track remaining credits?
A: Your family will receive automatic updates through our system, and you can always request a credit balance summary from our team or check your balance online through our Client Portal.
