Killara is about 5 minutes from BTA Gordon, our North Shore academy on Wade Lane. With Killara Public and Killara High both in the suburb, most of the students we work with here are walking distance from their own school and a short trip from ours.
Years 3 to 12, one-on-one: maths and English at every stage, the full range of HSC courses, and dedicated preparation for selective, Opportunity Class, NAPLAN and scholarship tests.
Lessons run at the academy, online, or at home, at one rate regardless. Gordon opened in 2024 as our newest academy and our only one on the North Shore, so families here no longer travel to Forestville or Belrose.
Years 3 - 6 Maths
One-on-one support for number and place value, fractions, multiplication, early algebra, measurement, and geometry. BTA tutors build strong foundations before high school and prepare students for NAPLAN with targeted practice in the key testing areas.

Killara Public and Killara High are the two schools we tutor students from most often. Killara High is a large comprehensive high school and its assessment schedule is one our Gordon tutors follow closely.
Every family has a Student Success Manager, and every new tutor match comes with the Right Tutor Guarantee. If the first tutor match isn't right and you tell us within your first three lessons, we keep tutoring free until it is. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

All three cost the same hourly rate, with nothing added for travel, and families move between them as the term gets busier. There is no lock-in contract to renegotiate when they do.

BTA Gordon is on the first floor of 25 Wade Lane, close to the Gordon shops and the station. Gordon station is a short walk away and there is free parking on Wade Lane, along with bicycle and motorcycle parking on site - useful for older students coming straight from school.
