Services we Offer
Primary School Maths
Years 3 - 6 Maths
One-on-one support for number and place value, fractions, multiplication, early algebra, measurement, and geometry. BTA tutors build strong foundations before high school and prepare students for NAPLAN with targeted practice in the key testing areas.
Primary School English
Years 3 - 6 English
One-on-one support for reading comprehension, creative writing, grammar, spelling, and vocabulary. BTA tutors build strong foundational literacy skills before high school and prepare students for NAPLAN with targeted practice in reading and language conventions.
High School Maths
Years 7 - 10 Maths
As maths expands into algebra, trigonometry, statistics, and probability, gaps compound quickly. BTA tutors identify exactly where understanding has broken down and rebuild from there, keeping students on pace with their class and ahead of the curve for senior years.
HSC Maths
Years 11 - 12 Maths
BTA tutors support HSC Standard Mathematics, Advanced Mathematics, Extension 1, and Extension 2.
Sessions focus on exam technique, past paper practice, and working through complex proofs, functions, and calculus.
NAPLAN & Selective School
Years 3, 5, 6, 7, 9
BTA offers targeted coaching for NAPLAN maths (Years 3, 5, 7, & 9) & the Selective School Test.
Sessions focus on the specific question types and reasoning skills tested, building both accuracy and confidence under timed conditions.
High School English
Years 7 - 10 English
As English expands into analytical essay writing, text analysis, and creative writing, many students struggle to bridge the gap between what they think and what they can express on the page.
BTA tutors help students structure arguments, analyse language techniques & write with clarity & confidence across all assessment types.
HSC English
Years 11 - 12 English
BTA supports HSC Standard English, Advanced English, Extension 1, and Extension 2. Sessions cover close study of prescribed texts, essay technique, creative writing for the Common Module, and exam preparation.

Selective School Test: English
Year 6 English
BTA offers targeted coaching for the Selective School Test English components, including reading comprehension, persuasive writing, and language reasoning.
Sessions build accuracy and confidence under timed conditions, with practice across the specific question types students will face on test day.
