Terms & Conditions

To ensure full transparency, we encourage all participants to read through the Terms & Conditions.
This includes entry rules, key dates, eligibility, and how winners will be selected.

1. Promoter

1.1. The promoter is Better Tuition Academy (ABN 60 368 962 309), of 14/25 Ralston Avenue, Belrose NSW 2085 (“Promoter”, “BTA”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2. The Promotion is conducted Australia-wide due to the availability of BTA’s online tutoring services.

2. Promotion Name

2.1. The promotion is called the “BTA Results and Rewards Giveaway” (“Promotion”).
2.2. The marketing line “Get your family some R and R” is promotional language only and does not alter these Terms and Conditions.

3. Promotion Period

3.1. The Promotion starts at 12:01am AEDT on 5 December 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 2 April 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
3.2. Any changes to these dates will be communicated through BTA’s usual customer channels.

4. Eligibility

4.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over who are the parent or legal guardian of a student enrolled with BTA (“Eligible Entrant”).

4.2. Entrants must have a BTA account in good standing (no outstanding bad debt, exclusions, or safety restrictions).
4.3. The following are not eligible to enter or win:
(a) BTA employees, tutors, contractors, or operations staff;
(b) Immediate family members of those individuals living at the same address;
(c) Business, school, or organisational accounts (unless BTA confirms eligibility in writing).

4.4. Entries apply to one family account; entries cannot be transferred, split, sold, or assigned.

5. How to Enter

5.1. Eligible Entrants receive entries by purchasing a 2026 BTA lesson package (“Qualifying Package”) during the Promotion Period.

5.2. Eligible Qualifying Packages and base entry allocations are:

  • 10-lesson package → 1 entry

  • 20-lesson package → 2 entries

  • 50-lesson package → 5 entries

5.3. A Qualifying Package counts as an entry only once it is paid in full. Payment plans are not eligible.

5.4. Only 2026 packages are eligible.

5.5. Packages pre-purchased in December 2025 for use in 2026 are eligible for entries.

5.6. Double Entry Offer (Early Bird): Packages purchased and paid for on or before 31 December 2025 earn double the standard number of entries, as follows:

  • 10-lesson package → 2 entries

  • 20-lesson package → 4 entries

  • 50-lesson package → 10 entries

5.7. Families may purchase more than one package; entries accumulate per family account.

5.8. Tutor codes: If a family uses a tutor’s referral code when purchasing a Qualifying Package:
(a) The family receives
$25 off the package price;
(b) The tutor receives a $50 bonus (paid by BTA in accordance with internal policies);
(c) The family receives
1 additional bonus entry into the Promotion.

5.9. Referral program entries:
(a) If a new family (referee) signs up via BTA’s referral program and:
 (i) purchases a Qualifying Package or weekly tutoring; and
 (ii) the referred student attends
at least 3 lessons,
then the referring family (referrer) and the referred family will each receive double the standard number of entries for that Qualifying Package.
(b) Example: If a referred family purchases a 20-lesson package (normally 2 entries), both families receive 4 entries each.
(c) Referral credits of
$50 to the referrer and $50 to the referee apply as per BTA’s referral program terms and are separate from the Prize.

5.10. Completing feedback forms, surveys, or simply attending regular lessons does not generate entries unless specifically stated by BTA in writing.

5.11. The Promoter’s records of entries and Qualifying Package purchases are final and conclusive, absent manifest error.
