Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the Better Switch promotional offer available:

Eligibility:
The Better Switch offer is available to new BTA students whose parent or guardian can demonstrate that the student is currently enrolled, or was enrolled within the last 6 months, at another paid tutoring provider. The offer is not available to students who have previously been enrolled at BTA (within the last 12 months)

Proof of prior enrolment:
Proof of prior or current enrolment at another tutoring provider is required before the free lessons are confirmed. Acceptable forms of proof include a recent invoice, a payment receipt, a confirmation email, or a written description of the prior enrolment submitted via the enquiry form. BTA reserves the right to request additional evidence if the initial proof submitted is insufficient. BTA's decision regarding eligibility is final.

The offer:
Eligible students will receive two one-on-one tutoring lessons at their enrolled BTA location at no charge. Each lesson is up to 60 minutes in duration. The two free lessons apply to one nominated subject only. The offer cannot be split across multiple subjects.

Booking:
Free lessons must be booked and attended during Term 2, 2026 (28 April to 4 July 2026). Lessons not attended during this period are forfeited. BTA will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling preferences but availability is subject to tutor and location capacity.

After the free lessons:
Upon completion of the two free lessons, there is no obligation to continue. If the family chooses to continue, standard BTA term rates apply from the third lesson onwards. No automatic charges will be applied. No lock-in contract is required.

Combination with other offers:
The Better Switch offer cannot be combined with any other BTA promotional offer, discount, or credit running concurrently, including the BTA Guarantee and any other specific promotions.

Availability:
The offer is available while tutor and location capacity remains. BTA reserves the right to close the offer at any time without notice once availability is exhausted. Submitted enquiry forms do not guarantee a place - eligibility and availability will be confirmed by the BTA team within two business days of submission.

Location allocation:
Lessons will be conducted at the campus nominated by the family at the time of enquiry, subject to availability. BTA may offer an alternative location if the nominated campus has reached capacity.

Cancellations:
Standard BTA Cancellation terms apply to the free lessons. Lessons cancelled with less than two hours’ notice may be forfeited at BTA's discretion.

Privacy:
Personal information collected through the enquiry form is handled in accordance with BTA's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.thebta.au/privacy-policy. Information will be used to process the Better Switch enquiry and, where consent is given, for future BTA communications.

General:
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. BTA reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time. The most current version of these terms will be published on the Better Switch landing page.
